Clinical Systems Analyst – Oracle PathNet / RadNet (Lab & Radiology)We are seeking an experienced Clinical Systems Analyst to support and optimize enterprise clinical applications within a healthcare environment. This role focuses on Oracle/Cerner PathNet (Laboratory) and RadNet (Radiology) systems, supporting both configuration and ongoing system operations in a fast-paced clinical setting.Candidates with experience in either Laboratory or Radiology systems are strongly encouraged to apply—experience in both is ideal but not required.Location & CompensationOnsite: 3 days per week (no flexibility)Pay Rate: $55–$65/hr (W2)Key ResponsibilitiesOracle PathNet (Laboratory Systems)Configure, build, and maintain PathNet modules including General Lab, Blood Bank, Microbiology, and Anatomic PathologyDesign and manage lab test compendiums, reference ranges, result formats, and orderable buildsDevelop and execute test scripts, validation plans, and audit documentation for system changes and upgradesSupport ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and deployments of laboratory systemsDocument workflows, configurations, and technical specificationsPartner with lab stakeholders to ensure alignment with clinical workflows (specimen processing, order entry, results reporting)Oracle RadNet (Radiology Systems)Configure, maintain, and optimize RadNet modules supporting radiology workflows including scheduling, registration, image review, and reportingSupport system upgrades, enhancements, and feature implementationCollaborate with radiology leadership, technologists, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and validate functionalityMaintain data integrity for clinical and operational reportingDevelop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and system documentationSupport integrations with imaging systems such as PACS (Optum preferred), VNA, and related platformsRequired QualificationsHands-on experience with Oracle/Cerner healthcare systems (required)Experience in Laboratory Information Systems (PathNet) and/or Radiology Information Systems (RadNet)Strong understanding of clinical workflows in lab or radiology environmentsExperience with system configuration, testing, validation, and documentationAbility to support system upgrades, enhancements, and production support activitiesStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong communicator with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills (must be 10/10 communication)Ability to work closely with clinical and technical teams in a hospital environmentDetail-oriented with strong documentation disciplineComfortable working onsite in a collaborative healthcare IT setting
