This role oversees the day-to-dayactivities of the inside sales team, ensuring timely and accurate quoting, order processing, andcustomer communication. The Inside Sales Manager partners cross-functionally with field sales,engineering, production, and customer service to align priorities, remove barriers, and achievebusiness objectives. The role contributes to sales planning, forecasting, and continuousimprovement initiatives while ensuring scalable and efficient operations.This role is remote within the following states: AZ, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MI, NC, NE, SD, TN, TX, WI, and WY. Candidates may reside in or relocate to any of these states. Relocation assistance will be provided.Responsibilities Manage and develop a team of inside sales representatives, driving accountability forperformance, productivity, and quality outcomes. Oversee and continuously improve the quoting and order entry process to ensure accuracyand responsiveness. Partner cross-functionally with outside sales, engineering, and production to align oncustomer needs and order requirements. Monitor, analyze, and report on sales and operational metrics, translating insights intoactionable improvements and performance plans. Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues with professionalism and urgency. Identify, implement, and standardize process improvements and tools to increaseefficiency and reduce errors. Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development programs to strengthen teamcapability. Support forecasting and sales planning activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and internal stakeholders tosupport business objectives. Promote a customer-first culture throughout the sales support process. Occasional travel (less than 10%) for meetings or training.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field. 5+ years of experience in inside sales or sales support, with at least 2 years in a supervisoryor managerial role, with demonstrated experience leading teams and driving performanceoutcomes. Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage priorities, drive execution, and operate effectively in a fast-pacedenvironment.Preferred Qualifications Experience in electrical manufacturing or technical sales environment. Familiarity with transformer products and industry terminology.
