Our reputation is built on white-glove service, custom design, and culinary excellence. We're looking for a Lead Wedding Planner who can elevate that standard even further. What You'll DoOwn the client journey from signed contract to last dance - you're the expert bringing each couple's dream to life with zero stress on their endDesign + execute high-end weddings for 150-300 guests, with budgets typically $75k-$250k+Manage off-premise logistics when we take our services to private estates, vineyards, and unique venues across the Philadelphia Main Line & Brandywine ValleyCurate vendor teams from our preferred list of top-tier florists, photographers, bands, and specialty rentals; negotiate contracts and uphold quality standardsLead event weekends including rehearsals, wedding day timeline execution, and vendor management.
