Under the guidance of the VP of Mental Health, the Clinical Innovation and Training Specialist will responsible for enhancing and evaluating innovative clinical solutions to achieve seamless integration of evidence-based practices (EBPs) into workflows. By prioritizing staff development and fostering the adoption of cutting-edge methodologies, ensures that clinical teams deliver high-quality, patient centered care that aligns with industry advancements. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical leadership, direct-care staff, human resource (HR), and compliance, to ensure that all initiatives align with program goals while adhering to regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational priorities. Supports a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, ultimately driving better outcomes and a superior client experience.RequirementsEducation/Licensure/Certification/Experience RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Social Sciences (i.e., Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Clinical Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy)Two or More Years Experience in Training, Clinical Program Support, Research, or Related RolesFamiliarity with EBPs in MH and Substance Use (SU) TreatmentStrong Organizational and Communication SkillsProficiency in Using Training Development Tools, Software, and PlatformsAbility to Collect, Analyze, and Report Data Related to Training OutcomesAbility to pass a MN Department of Human Services background checkExcellent communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Pursuing or Holding a Master's Degree in Social Sciences (i.e., Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Clinical Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy)Three or More Years Experience in Training, Clinical Program Support, Research, or Related RolesExperience in Healthcare, Behavioral Health, or Academic Medical SettingStrong Knowledge of Adult Learning PrinciplesDemonstrated Ability in Designing and Delivering Training Programs for Diverse AudiencesExperience with Program Evaluation, Quality Improvement Initiatives, and Accreditation or Licensing ProcessesCertification in Related Field (e.g., Certified Healthcare Education Specialist [CHES])
