The role requires deep expertise in UI/UX best practices, front-end frameworks, and RESTful API integration while maintaining strong backend fundamentals.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nFront-End Development (Primary Focus - 60-70%)\nDevelop, enhance, and maintain highly responsive web applications using modern front-end frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).\nImplement intuitive and visually appealing UI components ensuring a seamless user experience.\nOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.\nWork with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and designs into functional applications.\nEnsure accessibility (WCAG compliance) and responsiveness across multiple devices.\nBack-End Development (Secondary Focus - 30-40%)\nDesign and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.\nWork with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to build efficient data models and queries.\nImplement authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth, JWT, or other security frameworks.\nIntegrate third-party services and APIs into the application.\nTroubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and performance.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nStrong expertise in front-end development with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js (minimum 3+ years).\nSolid experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).\nProficiency in Java 8+ and Spring Boot for backend development.\nHands-on experience with RESTful API design and integration.\nStrong knowledge of UI/UX best practices and web accessibility standards.\nExperience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.\nExcellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in an agile development environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with state management libraries like Redux, NgRx, or Vuex.\nKnowledge of GraphQL and microservices architecture.\nUnderstanding of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (IaC).\nPrior experience working in financial, banking, or fintech industries is an advantage.\nThe pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $23.11/hour - $36.12/hour.
