Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and energetic Fiber Optic Laborer to join our dynamic telecommunications team. In this role, you will be instrumental in installing, maintaining, and repairing fiber optic networks that form the backbone of modern communication infrastructure. Your hands-on expertise will ensure reliable high-speed connectivity for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. If you can show up on time, work hard outdoors, and follow safety protocols, we want to talk to you.What You'll Be DoingAssisting fiber optic installation crews in the field — digging, trenching, pulling cable, and conduit workOperating hand tools and light equipment under crew lead supervisionFollowing traffic control, safety, and OSHA guidelines on job sitesLoading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipmentWorking alongside experienced technicians and learning on the job every dayWhat We're Looking ForMust be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the USValid driver's license preferred (or reliable transportation to job sites)Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditionsStrong work ethic — punctual, dependable, and a team playerPrior construction, landscaping, utility, or labor experience is a plus — but not requiredWhat You Get$20.00/hr starting pay — paid weeklyConsistent 40-hour workweek with overtime availableOn-the-job training — no prior fiber optic experience neededClear path to grow into technician and crew lead rolesPPE and safety gear supplied from day oneStable, in-demand industry work — fiber optic is the future of infrastructurePhysical RequirementsMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularlyComfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsAbility to stand, kneel, bend, and work in confined or tight spacesMust be able to work on uneven terrain and active construction sitesOur client is an EEOC Employer and encourages all minority groups to apply.
