Each day, you will support managing and executing the project by completing administrative tasks within assigned workflows. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project planning techniques on ongoing projects and driving the updating process.\n\nThe work model for the role is: Remote\nKey Responsibilities\n\n1. Project Planning & Performance\nConduct analysis of planned vs. actual project performance.\nPrepare materials and assist in project reviews.\nMaintain and adhere to billing plan milestones.\nControl documentation accuracy and consistency per agreed procedures.\n2. Customer & Contractor Management\nDevelop and maintain relationships with key customer contacts and contractors.\nManage the complete lifecycle of customer deliverables, including scheduling contractors and ensuring work completion.\nMaintain customer satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.\n\n3. Financial & Administrative Oversight\nTrack financials, issue POs, process change orders, and manage invoicing.\nReview and process quotes for cost-effective solutions.\nBuild and improve assigned account scorecards.\n4. Material & Operational Coordination\nResearch and order materials, coordinate with contractors, customers, and suppliers, and handle returns.\nUtilize the company’s service platform to monitor and track progress.\nEnsure schedule flexibility (including weekends/nights) with limited travel to customer sites.\n\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.\nMinimum 3 years experience preferred in customer service, account management and/or project support, with demonstrated success in building relationships.\nProject Management Certifications Preferred.\nConstruction project management experience preferred, with ability to manage complex deliverables and timelines.\nExcellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and motivation to achieve high customer satisfaction.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving ability to define issues, collect data, draw conclusions, and implement solutions.\nFamiliarity with electrical and mechanical services or willingness to learn technical aspects quickly.\nAdaptability in fast-paced, changing environments, with skill in handling ambiguity and conflict resolution.\nProven coordination and communication skills to align internal teams and customers, meeting unique requirements.\nCandidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.\nOur Team Dynamics\nOur teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning.
