Trade Operations Analyst

Our client, a leading financial institution in Dallas, is looking for an Ops Analyst to support their traders & PMs.Responsibilities:Monitor and process daily trade activity to ensure accurate and timely settlementReconcile trades, positions, and cash balances; investigate and resolve breaks or discrepanciesCoordinate with brokers, custodians, and internal teams to resolve trade issues and confirm allocationsEnsure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and operational proceduresSupport process improvements, reporting, and system enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce riskQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field1–3 years of experience in trade operations (reconciliations, settlements, clearing, allocations, processing, etc.)Strong understanding of trade lifecycleProficiency in Excel and familiarity with trading/portfolio systemsPython and SQL are a plus
