SchedulePart-time, averaging16 hours per week Must be available to workat least one weekend day Pay & Benefits$21.30 - $22.00 per hour Pay is based on relevant experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or similar settings What You'll DoIn this role, you'll support the Activities Director in delivering programs that enhance residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being. Lead and assist withgroup and one-on-one activitiestailored to resident interests Adapt activities to meet varying cognitive and physical abilities Encourage participation and build positive relationships with residents Help maintain a clean, organized activity space and supplies Stay flexible-adjust plans as needed to meet changing needs throughout the day What You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent Experience in activities, recreation, event planning, or caregiving (professional or volunteer) preferred Ability to stay organized, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team Reliable transportation Willingness to obtain aKing County Food Handler Permitwithin 2 weeks of hire Ability to assist with light physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs., mobility support, standing/walking for extended periods) Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking) A genuine interest in working with older adults Why Join Cascades at Saint Anne?We're a team that values respect, accountability, and compassion.
