They are expected to delegate tasks and maintain project schedules. The Engineer shall exhibit leadership skills through their management of their projects, clients and their supporting team members.\nTHIS POSITION INCLUDES\nPrimary design principles and responsible charge of mechanical designs for a variety of facilities including commercial, healthcare, educational, government, and more.\nOversee production of project designs, drawings, specifications, calculations, equipment selection and application.\nProvide peer review and QA/QC of staff engineer work.\nPerforms limited 3D Revit and/or 2D CAD work.\nProvide onsite observations and contract administration of design projects.\nAttends Design meetings and/or OAC meetings as necessary.\nParticipates in Fee Proposal Development. Manages project team workloads.\nThe position of Mid Level Mechanical Engineer requires the individual to be registered as a Professional Engineer.
