You’ll design, build, and maintain next-generation AI-driven web and mobile systems, working across modern front-end frameworks, backend services, and containerized deployments.\nEssential Functions\nDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Next.js, Svelte, React, and TypeScript.\nBuild and optimize backend services using Node.js and Bun for performance and scalability.\nDevelop and maintain iOS and Android mobile applications integrated with cloud and AI microservices.\nWork with LangChain, CrewAI, and LlamaIndex to build intelligent, context-aware user experiences and workflows.\nIntegrate and manage containerized services using Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes.\nCollaborate with designers, ML engineers, and DevOps to deliver secure, maintainable, and high-performance applications.\nImplement clean coding practices, CI/CD pipelines, and application performance monitoring.\nCreate, edit and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process improvements, and standardization of templates.\nPerforms ad-hoc and cross-functional duties and/or projects as assigned to support business needs and provide developmental opportunities.\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.\n3+ years of professional full-stack or mobile development experience is required\nProficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript across both frontend and backend ecosystems is required.\nExperience with React, Next.js, or Svelte for modern frontend development is required.\nExperience with mobile app development (native or cross-platform) for iOS and Android is required.\nExperience with Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration is preferred.\nExperience with AI/LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI is preferred.\nExperience deploying AI-enabled applications in production environments is preferred.\nKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities\nStrong understanding of Node.js (Bun or similar runtimes a plus)\nFamiliarity with AI/LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI is highly desirable.\nUnderstanding of REST and GraphQL APIs, authentication, and secure data handling.\nKnowledge of on-premise or hybrid Kubernetes environments.\nFamiliarity with prompt engineering, vector databases, or AI workflows.\nContribution to open-source projects or portfolios demonstrating advanced web/mobile work.\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.\nExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.\nStrong technical writing, communication, and organizational skills, including the ability to produce concise READMEs, architecture documents, and runbooks.\nWorking Environment / Physical Environment\nThis position will either work onsite in Dunkirk NY\nRegular work schedule is Monday – Friday, within standard business hours. The annual base pay range for this position is below.
