If our values speak to you and you're ready to build your career in a positive, high-performing environment where your work truly matters, we encourage you to apply.Compensation:$80,000 - $110,000 yearly + bonus potential + benefits DOE Responsibilities:Represent clients in family law matters, ensuring their rights and interests are protected at every step.Appear in court to advocate for clients, presenting cases with clarity and confidence.Manage case files efficiently, keeping all documentation organized and up-to-date.Conduct thorough discovery processes to gather all necessary information for each case.Negotiate settlements with opposing parties, aiming for fair and favorable outcomes for clients.Guide clients through legal proceedings, providing clear explanations and compassionate support.Collaborate with team members to develop effective legal strategies and share insights for case success. Qualifications:What You Need:Licensed to practice law in West Virginia.Prior family law experience is preferred but not required.Excellent courtroom presence and legal writing skills.Strong attention to detail.Strong communication and client relationship abilities.Confidence under pressure and compassion for people in crisis.Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to track and enter time daily.
