We use the latest technology and machinery to create high-end exteriors throughout Florida, the US, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean.\nWe are currently seeking a candidate to join our team as a CNC Operator. This is a full-time position requiring 47-50 hours a week that offers competitive pay based on experience and opportunity for advancement. This is a fast-paced job requiring a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, high energy and the ability to think and problem solve at a high level.\nResponsibilities:\n-Read and interpret shop drawings and work orders.\n-Drive forklift to retrieve palletized raw materials – forklift experience required.\n- Load and position proper material to be machined onto CNC.\n- Select and load correct programs and tooling required for each operation.\n- Monitor machinery and material to ensure compliance with quality standards and detect programming issues.\n-Measure machined parts ensuring accuracy in accordance with shop drawings\n- Manual processing, preparation and labelling of machined parts.\n-Fill out paperwork which includes material usage, program run times and other information pertaining to work order completion.\n- Perform daily, weekly and monthly maintenance to machinery in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.\n- Communicate effectively with management and coworkers to achieve company goals.\n- Follow procedures and standard practice to obtain maximum efficiency.\n- Display awareness to maximize the utilization of materials and minimize waste.\n- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.\nExperience:\n-Highly proficient computer skills.\n- Strong math skills.\n- Attention to accuracy and detail.\n- Conceptual skills.\n- Written and verbal communication.\n- Assist in process improvements for the reduction of defects, reduction of cycle times and the reduction of costs.\n- Desire to increase product dependability and customer satisfaction.\n- Ability to work calmly under pressure.\n- Punctuality and reliability.\n- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with CNC routers.
