Train lead people, setup people, and supervisors on systems.\n\nInteract with the Maintenance and Engineering groups to help troubleshoot systems, develop preventive maintenance programs, and develop spare parts identification and systems.\n\nDevelop work instructions for injection molding processes and systems and conduct training as appropriate.\n\nMonitor and audit injection molding systems for any non-conformances with the process.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor of Science in Engineering or related field and/or 5+ years of experience\n\nYears Experience: 3-5 years processing and automation experience.\n\nStrong SPC orientation. Proficient with PC software (Microsoft Office).\n\nHighly organized.
