Head Start Nurse/Health Specialist \$5,000 bonus (\$32.80-\$34.80/hr)Northampton, MA - Head Start & Early Learning Programs Job Type -Full-time DEPARTMENT: Head Start Health Department POSITION:Nurse/Health Specialist LOCATION: Various Sites STATUS: Non-ExemptSUPERVISOR: Health and Safety Manager POSITION SUMMARY The HealthSpecialist exercises reasonable discretion and independent judgment forthe purpose of planning, formulating, and carrying out goals, policiesand activities designed to implement health and nutrition objectives asspecified in the Head Start Performance Standards, Department of EarlyEducation and Care regulations and guidelines and HSELP\'s policies andprocedures. Assists the Health and Safety Manager to ensure that theprogram remains compliant in all Health Requirements for participantsAnd Staff.
