This position offers an opportunity to lead complex projects and contribute to the successful completion of offshore construction initiatives.\nResponsibilities\nSupervise and coordinate scaffolding installation, dismantling, and maintenance activities on offshore sites\nEnsure all scaffolding work complies with safety standards and project specifications\nManage scaffolding crews, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain productivity and quality\nConduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures for stability, safety hazards, and code compliance\nCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to integrate scaffolding plans with overall project schedules\nRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings related to scaffolding layouts and structural details\nOversee the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment necessary for scaffolding assembly and disassembly\nEnforce safety protocols including fall protection, hazard communication, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)\nDocument daily progress, safety incidents, and inspection reports for project records\nProvide training and mentorship to team members on safe work practices and technical procedures\nQualifications\nProven experience in scaffolding supervision within offshore or large-scale construction environments\nStrong knowledge of construction management principles and safety regulations\nFamiliarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to scaffolding systems\nExperience with a variety of construction trades such as carpentry, welding, masonry, roofing, concrete finishing, plumbing, electrical work, and restoration is a plus\nAbility to operate heavy equipment safely on-site\nSkilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques relevant to scaffolding work\nKnowledge of construction estimating and inspection processes is advantageous\nExcellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively under challenging conditions\nRelevant certifications in scaffolding safety (such as OSHA or equivalent) are preferred\nThis role is vital for ensuring safe and efficient offshore construction operations.
