Demonstrates solid technical knowledge and quality performance and meets behavioral expectations: attendance, teamwork, and organizational contributions.\n\nResponsibilities for the Shared Services Ops Specialist includes but not limited to:\n\nFollows standard procedural guidelines for performing/completing assigned tasks.\n\nResponsible for logging checks, processing checks, processing documents, working CLEAR queues, and placing out bound calls to insurance carriers as well as receiving inbound calls from insurance carriers.\n\nProvides assistance and back up as needed to meet client requirements and SLA’s.\n\nResearches items received via faxes, reports, tasks, correspondence, and refund/return checks.\n\nMakes appropriate telephone calls to resolve issue.\n\nHandles other duties/projects based on business needs; assignments may be made with short notice and last for an indefinite period of time..\n\nQualifications:\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of relevant customer service based clerical work experience.\n\nDemonstrated computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office software programs/Windows 365.\n\nStrong attention to detail.\n\nAbility to work in a team environment.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to work overtime is required based on business needs.\n\nAbility to work under immediate supervision.\n\nWhat’s in this position for you?\n\nPay: $19.00 / Hr\n\nContract Temp - 3 mos.\n\nONSITE - Springfield, OH\n\nM-F 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. ET\n\nWeekly paycheck\n\nDedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter\n\nAccess to Adecco’s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses\n\nThis Shared Services Ops Specialist role is being recruited for by one of our Virtual Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
