Prior customer service experience preferred.\n\nAbilities\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to execute logical decisions quickly. Ability to multitask in dynamic, fast-paced, team oriented environment. Good computer and keyboarding skills with the ability to accurately type at 50 WPM. Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and the general Internet. Require flexible schedule with the ability to work a 4 on 4 off schedule from 7am-7pm. Must have a team-player work ethic.\n\nExperience, Education, and Training\n\nFour year college degree in a business related field or at least one year in a customer service environment preferred, but not required.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nMust be able to sit for a large portion of the day. Also needs to be able to multitask, talk on the telephone for extended periods of time and type efficiently.\n\nWorking Environment\n\nPrimarily indoors with heating and cooling regulated in a general office environment.
