This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment where teamwork, precision, and safety are paramount.\n\n*Responsibilities*\n\n* Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.\n* Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to assemble, modify, or repair components according to technical drawings and specifications.\n* Interpret production documents such as work orders, process instructions, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly and manufacturing processes.\n* Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments to verify dimensions, tolerances, and overall product quality throughout the production cycle.\n* Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, material movement, and packaging while maintaining proper ergonomic practices.\n* Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies or safety hazards and suggesting solutions aligned with lean manufacturing principles.\n* Maintain accurate production logs, documentation, and reports to track progress, identify issues, and support manufacturing management efforts.\n\n*Skills*\n\n* Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility environment with familiarity in assembly line operations.\n* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and operate various hand tools and power tools effectively.\n* Certification or experience operating forklifts safely within a manufacturing setting.\n* Skilled in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges for precise quality control.\n* Knowledge of safety standards in production environments including proper manual handling techniques and safety protocol adherence.\n* Experience managing production or assembly teams with a focus on process efficiency and continuous improvement.\n* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.\n\nReadyWork Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
