A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.\nWhat will you do?\nMonitors and optimizes the chemical, and technical aspects of all vinegar production on site.\nEstablishes and performs training program focused on improving operator skill and knowledge base for all aspects of the vinegar fermentation process.\nLeads and participates in process improvement projects associated with vinegar production and process efficiency.\nAssists in SAP documentation and training as required.\nAssists in troubleshooting the production process to eliminate production losses due to contamination, equipment malfunction and human error.\nParticipates in process and equipment risk assessments in order to optimize engineering design and safety.\nAssists as necessary in other plant production related functions such as sampling and testing.\nWhat will you need to be successful?\nEDUCATION: Bachelor's of Science degree in an Engineering discipline.\nEXPERIENCE: 2-5 years' experience in the food/pharmaceutical industry serving in a technical support capacity.\nSKILLS: High level of motivation and the ability to work independently with a minimum of guidance from management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.\nCompensation Data\nThe typical hiring range for this role is $73,000 to $108,000 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).\nKerry is an equal opportunity employer.
