This is a long-term placement position paying $18.47/hr with weekly overtime of approximately 40 hours per week. In this role, you will mix ingredients, operate production and packaging equipment, and assemble, pack, label, and palletize finished food products.\n\nPay: $18.47/hr + overtime\n\nSchedule: 1st Shift: Mon–Thu 5:00AM–3:30PM\n\nLocation: Compton, CA\n\nJob Type: Long-term Placement\n\nWork Environment: Food Production Facility\n\nResponsibilities\n\nMonitor product quality throughout the production run and report defects or equipment issues to the supervisor.\nFollow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), food safety procedures, and sanitation standards at all times.\nAssist with line setup, adjustments, changeovers, and basic equipment cleaning between production runs.\nKeep the work area clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift.\nComplete production documentation and records accurately.\nWork with the team to meet daily production targets.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n\n1+ year of experience working in a food production, food manufacturing, or food processing environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience mixing or blending ingredients in a production setting.\nFamiliarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety or sanitation standards.\nExperience operating packaging equipment such as fillers, sealers, or labelers.\nExperience palletizing finished goods and working to production quotas.\nAbility to read and follow work orders, production sheets, or batch records.\nAbility to follow production specifications, food safety standards, and standard operating procedures.\nYou may be a great fit if you've held any of these titles: Production Associate, Production Worker, Food Production Operator, Packaging Associate, Line Operator, Food Manufacturing Associate, Assembly Line Worker, Production Line Worker, Packaging Line Worker, Food Processor.\n\nPre-Employment Requirements\n\nAbility to work at a fast pace throughout the shift.\nNon-slip steel toe shoes required (employee-provided).\n\nBenefits\n\nWeekly pay.\nDirect deposit / Paycard.\nHealth and dental benefits available.\nEarn referral bonuses.\nCalSavers retirement program available.\n\nAfter you apply, please check your email for a short screening questionnaire from us.
