The company has used this experience to expand our service offerings to other agencies within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of Defense (DoD), and other Federal Civilian Agencies.\n\nPosition Overview\n\nPantheon Data is seeking an experienced Technical Lead Developer to support Civil Engineering and/or Cybersecurity initiatives through Power Platform development, process automation, dashboard creation, and data management solutions. This role will focus on modernizing workflows, maintaining applications and databases, supporting project prioritization efforts, and delivering technical training and stakeholder enablement. The ideal candidate will have strong application development and automation experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nProvide technical development and implementation support for Civil Engineering and/or mission support processes through Power Platform workflow development, process automation, data management, application strategy, and Machine Learning enablement.\nProvide support to include maturing the current technical design approach, documenting functional specifications (e.g., governance, permission groups, workflows, standard coding, etc.), maintaining databases, training content and lessons learned.\nProvide recommendations for innovative process updates, if identified, to combine disparate processes where applicable.\nProvide technical coding, implementation, development, training, and stakeholder enablement for modernized project prioritization efforts.\nProvide support to sustain and maintain mobile applications, dashboards, databases, process automations, Application Programming Interface, automated workflows, Power Queries, chatbots developed on Power Platform.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience\n\nBachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Management, Engineering, or Business/Financial/IT related field.\nTechnical development certification: CompTIA or equivalent/similar IT certification.\n10+ years of application development and database management experience.\n5+ years automation, and dashboard development experience.\nExpertise (Civil Engineering, Cybersecurity) on data management, strategic priorities, and cyber strategy.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.\nAbility to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.\nAbility to meet deadlines and produce quality work.\nProficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.\n\nPreferred Skills and Experience\n\nExperience supporting DHS or USCG.\nTechnical leadership and mentorship with solution-oriented creativity.\nStrong documentation and knowledge sharing within an agile project management environment.\nTeam collaboration across tech and engineering that can have adaptability to emerging technologies.\nPatience and empathy in training and enablement.\n\nClearance Requirements\n\nApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements.
