Crew times and daily progress reports. Working with the project team throughout the job process to ensure to make their project a success! Coordinating and overseeing our exceptional team of sub-trades partners. Coordinating and scheduling equipment, labor, and materiel required for your project. Driving and maintaining an HWI vehicle and equipment. Leading our company training and development program for the staff on your team. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years of concrete or site work experience Minimum 2 years of management experience in any field Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively Ability to problem solve in a dynamic work environment Reading plans and layout Self-motivated and desire to grow continuously Desire to lead teams and motivate others Able to work some evenings and weekends when necessary Clean driving record Compensation: Prevailing Wages Job Type: Full-time Pay Frequency: Weekly If this sounds like you, click apply and let us know why you think you’d be a great fit for our team!
