This role supports the Company’s audit and compliance functions by performing audits of internal processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, client expectations, and internal policies.\n\nThe Internal Auditor works closely with Compliance leadership, the internal audit team, and cross‑functional teams to identify risk, evaluate operational activities, and support corrective actions. This position is well‑suited for individuals who are detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.\n\nCurrent employees with relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPerform audits of internal processes and operational activities to assess compliance with regulatory requirements, client obligations, and internal policies.\n\nPrepare and present audit reporting, including documentation of findings, trends, and remediation efforts.\n\nAssist with organizing and conducting monthly Compliance Scorecards related to call metrics.\n\nEnsure audit data and reporting are accurate, complete, and properly documented.\n\nSupport the development and maintenance of audit procedures, templates, and work instructions.\n\nCommunicate audit results, risks, and trends to Compliance leadership.\n\nCollaborate with internal departments to support remediation and continuous improvement efforts.\n\nAssist with additional audit and compliance activities as assigned.\n\nQualifications\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in auditing, compliance, or a regulated operational environment preferred.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a results‑driven environment.\n\nAbility to work independently with limited supervision.\n\nExcellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office products.\n\nMust be authorized to work in the United States.
