This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for owning revenue generation for factoring while helping professionalize our sales motion, reporting, and partner-facing strategy.\nWe are looking for someone who is not only a strong operator and seller, but who can also help shape sales strategy, funnel design, and revenue reporting, acting as a thought partner on commercial execution.\nWhat You'll Do\nRevenue & Sales Execution\nOwn revenue targets for the invoice factoring product\nDrive new factoring volume through carrier acquisition and activation\nManage and convert inbound and outbound leads from platform and partner channels\nBuild repeat usage and expansion within existing carrier relationships\nCollaborate with underwriting and operations to move deals efficiently from eligibility to funding\nHelp document playbooks, scripts, and qualification frameworks\nPartner with leadership on hiring, onboarding, and training future sales reps\nBring structure to CRM usage, pipeline hygiene, and reporting\nCross-Functional Partnership\nWork closely with Product, Risk, and Operations to align sales goals with execution\nPartner with platform and strategic partnerships teams\nTranslate carrier feedback into product and policy insights\nRequired Experience\n5+ years in sales or revenue roles\nExperience scaling a sales function (process, reporting, funnel design)\n\nStrongly Preferred\nInvoice factoring experience\nFreight finance\nTransportation fintech\nLogistics or carrier-focused SaaS\nDirect experience selling or managing invoice factoring or working capital products\nComfort operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments\nSkills & Traits\nStrategic thinker who can zoom out and build structure, but also execute day-to-day\nData-literate: comfortable defining metrics, interpreting funnels, and using reporting to drive decisions\nStrong communicator with carriers, partners, and internal stakeholders\nPragmatic, low-ego, and comfortable operating without perfect information\nCompensation & Benefits:\nCompetitive base salary + performance-based commission\nEmployee stock options\nPaid time off\nHealth\nDental\nVision\nComplimentary caffeine (whatever your brand)\nWeekly team lunches (on us)\n-\n*BasicBlock is an equal opportunity employer.
