Remote Landing Page & Funnel Specialist

Only open to candidates based in Eastern Europe (Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia, or similar time zones — UTC+1 to UTC+3).We are looking for a Landing Page & Funnel Specialist to own our post-click experience and convert high-volume traffic into loyal customers. This is a hybrid role spanning direct-response copywriting, UX/UI strategy, and data-driven performance analysis.You will conceptualize and wireframe landing pages, write the copy, guide design and development teams through execution, and continuously test and iterate based on performance data.Responsibilities:Design the architecture of high-converting landing pages, advertorials, and quiz funnels tailored to different audience segments and traffic sourcesWrite compelling, compliant direct-response copy that educates consumers and drives actionAct as project lead on your funnels — hand off detailed wireframes and copy briefs to internal design and development teams, ensuring execution matches strategic intentAnalyze performance using tools such as Google Analytics and heatmap platforms to identify friction points and drop-off areasFormulate and execute continuous A/B tests across headlines, offers, layouts, and copy elements to improve CVR, AOV, and CACRequirementsProven, repeatable A/B testing methodology — structured approach to hypothesis formation, test execution, and scaling winning variantsStrong direct-response copywriting skills with a solid grasp of consumer psychology and value proposition communicationProficiency in wireframing tools (Figma, Miro, Whimsical, Balsamiq, or equivalent)Data-driven mindset — comfortable working in analytics dashboards and spreadsheetsExperience in health, medical, or wellness verticals is a strong advantageCompetitive salary with performance-based bonusesFully remote and flexible work setupBudget for tools, professional development, and continuing educationClear path from part-time evaluation to full-time roleRequired Attachments / Application Questions:ResumePortfolio — landing pages wireframed and written by the applicant (role must be specified)Testing walkthrough — 1–2 paragraph write-up or short Loom video describing one A/B test: hypothesis, execution, result, and learnings #J-18808-Ljbffr
