In this role, you will manage patient appointments, coordinate care plans, and provide support to ensure a positive and seamless client experience. Key responsibilities include scheduling, maintaining an organized patient flow, addressing inquiries with professionalism, and using medical terminology to facilitate clear communication between clients and our team. The role requires proactive communication and a commitment to excellent customer service.QualificationsProficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Phone EtiquetteExperience in Care Coordination and Patient CareFamiliarity with Medical TerminologyOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multitask and handle a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in a healthcare or spa setting is a plusBasic computer skills, including knowledge of scheduling software, are preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in healthcare or customer service is advantageous
