The Cabinetry Installation Associate is responsible for performing final punch out prior to client turnover, as well as miscellaneous punch work throughout the construction. Daily tasks include but are not limited to touch-up, adjustment, and light installation of cabinet components. Additionally, the position will be responsible for the receiving and delivery of service parts and will work closely with the office to perform warranty work after closing.\r\nSchedule: Monday- Friday 7 am - 4pm\r\nResponsibilities:Complete pre job walks for cabinetry hardware to be installed\r\nInstalling cabinet hardware, interior and exterior door hardware\r\nGeneral punch of homes; i.e. adjustments, touch-up, and parts installation.\r\nReceiving and delivery of service parts.\r\nWarranty punch and service of closed homes.\r\nInitiates orders for service or warranty parts if necessary.\r\nMay be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.\r\nQualifications:Must be at least 21 years of age.\r\nValid state issued license is required.\r\nFollow all DOT standards and regulations\r\nPossession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.\r\nPrior installation experience in the cabinet hardware industry.\r\nProficiency in cabinet touch-up and repair.\r\nAbility to use hand tools.\r\nExperience with carpentry.\r\nAbility to function effectively without daily oversight from management.\r\nExcellent verbal and communication skills.\r\nDemonstrated attention to detail coupled with organizational skills.\r\nAnalytical and problem solving skills\r\nAt Ferguson, we care for each other.
