Role Description Arjo is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a full-time, on-site position based in Everett, WA. The Manufacturing Engineer will play a pivotal role in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in production. Responsibilities include evaluating and improving production methods, designing and implementing machinery and tooling solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability and performance. Qualifications Proficiency in Manufacturing Processes, including troubleshooting and optimization.Experience in Manufacturing Engineering and the ability to work with industrial-scale operations.Knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles and practices.Competence in Mechanical Engineering to design machinery, processes, or tools.Understanding of Machining techniques and equipment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and quality improvement.Proficiency in CAD software and knowledge of production planning software tools.Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field required.Experience working in a healthcare or medical device manufacturing environment is an asset.Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
