We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.\n\nJob Title: Grain Elevator Operations\n\nDepartment: Grain Operations\nReports To: Facility Manager\n\nPay Range: $17.50-$23.88\n\nPURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT\nUnder the direction of the Facility Manager, the Elevator Operations is responsible for elevator operations, including grain handling, safety and maintenance, rolling stock, and customer service. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient grain handling, maintaining quality standards, and delivering excellent service to customers.\n\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS\n\nGrain Handling: Responsible for managing incoming, stored, and outgoing grain, ensuring proper quality maintenance, blending, and providing grain drying services.\nHousekeeping: Maintains cleanliness and safety in all areas related to grain handling.\nSafety and Compliance: Ensures compliance with OSHA, state, and federal safety regulations. Responsible for the maintenance and professional appearance of equipment, rolling stock, and facilities.\nCustomer Service: Provides exceptional customer service that results in a positive experience for all customers.\n\nOTHER JOB FUNCTIONS\n\nEquipment Maintenance: Maintains company equipment according to company standards and ensures the appropriate professional image by adhering to the company Uniform Policy.\nAdditional Duties: Performs other related duties as assigned by the Facility Manager.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n\nEducation & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in an agricultural field preferred.\nSkills & Abilities:\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team.\nBasic understanding and willingness to learn grain handling practices.\nExperience with mechanical diagnosis, service, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and vehicles.\nBasic computer skills are preferred to enhance grain handling operations.\nLicensing: Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
