standards.Stakeholder & Vendor ManagementServe as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.Provide regular status reporting, risk assessments, and executive-level communications.Coordinate external vendors, consulting partners, and development partners as needed.Manage project expectations while ensuring business and technical alignment.Risk & Quality ManagementIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.Ensure appropriate testing, release management, and deployment processes are followed.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and team effectiveness.Track project KPIs and delivery metrics to ensure successful outcomes.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.10+ years of project management experience leading technology initiatives.5+ years managing application development and software delivery projects.Proven experience managing projects through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).Experience leading cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA analysts, DevOps engineers, business analysts, and product owners.Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, project governance, and software release processes.Exceptional stakeholder management and
