Details Position is located in a Pulmonary/Thoracic Step Down unit (8E) within a hospital setting 12-hour day shifts (AM) 13-week contract Requirements Active Georgia or Compact RN license currently in hand Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required Minimum 18 months of Step Down experience within the past 3 years Additional Information All candidates are subject to an interview Navy blue scrubs required Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local travelers are not eligible Former permanent staff of Emory or Houston facilities must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system; if returning to the same facility, a minimum separation of 18 months is required RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract; if RTO falls on or near a holiday, the maximum is reduced to 3 days Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract, and consecutive days of RTO around holidays will not be approved American Traveler Job ID P-692741.
