Property Control Warehouse Rep
Property Control RepresentativeWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Control Representative to join our team. As a Property Control Representative, you will be responsible for managing warehouse storage and the recycling and management of our company's waste stream. Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property, equipment, and materials, including tracking and reporting on inventory levels, asset movements, and disposals
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, related to property control and asset management
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure accuracy and completeness of property records and to identify and correct discrepancies
Analyze and resolve property control issues, including discrepancies, missing or damaged assets, and surplus property
Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on property control procedures
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of property control operations
Collaborate with other teams, including finance, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless asset management and property control
Generate reports and provide data analysis to support business decisions and property control initiatives
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in warehouse management, property control, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment
Ability to obtain a license to operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) within a reasonable timeframe
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Experience working in a recycling or waste management environment
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to property control and asset management
Certification in property management or a related field (e.g., Certified Property Manager, Certified Asset Manager)
Prior experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT)
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $41844 - $66952 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
