This role focuses on executing defined customizations, system maintenance, integration (including RESTful APIs), SQL development, and user support activities under established ERP standards and direction from IT leadership.\r\nResponsibilities Administer Infor CSI/SyteLine security, user accounts, permissions, and background processing queues.\r\nProvide ERP support through the Service Desk in accordance with established support processes.\r\nDiagnose and resolve ERP-related system issues in collaboration with cross-departmental teams.\r\nDesign, develop, maintain, and support ERP customizations, including enhancing existing IDOs, utilizing User Defined Extension Tables (UETs), creating custom forms and personalizations, and developing reports.\r\nDevelop and maintain RESTful Web APIs to support integration between applications.\r\nCollaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement and support third-party integrations under established technical and vendor engagement guidelines.\r\nPerform SQL Server administration tasks, including backups, index maintenance, and SQL Agent job monitoring.\r\nDevelop and maintain SQL Server stored procedures, views, and custom tables.\r\nMaintain SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports as assigned.\r\nSupport data replication and data consistency across ERP environments.\r\nAssist in creating and maintaining environments used for ERP development and testing.\r\nExecute defined testing and validation procedures for system upgrades, customizations, and integrations.\r\nAssist users in identifying improvement opportunities and defining requirements, including validation and testing expectations.\r\nSupport change adoption by assisting with user process definition and documentation.\r\nProvide knowledge transfer and functional training for new ERP modules or integrated applications.\r\nProduce and maintain technical documentation, API documentation, and revision control records.\r\nParticipate in IT department projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.\r\nMeet assigned deadlines and support project plans within defined scopes and priorities.\r\nQualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.\r\n3+ years' experience supporting and developing for ERP platforms such as Infor CSI/SyteLine or comparable.\r\n2+ years' experience with SQL Server development and administration.\r\nAbility to work independently on assigned tasks while following established standards.\r\nAbility to meet tight deadlines with high quality requirements.\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\r\nPreferred Skills and Experience Experience with Infor Syteline (CSI) modules, APS scheduling, DataViews and Workbenches.\r\nFamiliarity with Infor OS, Mongoose framework, and cloud-hosted ERP environments.\r\nExperience with LakeCo suite of Applications.\r\nCloud-hosted ERP familiarity.\r\nC# or .NET development experience.\r\nKnowledge of RESTful Web API development.\r\nKnowledge of BI tools.\r\nStrong task prioritization and time-management skills.\r\nWork Environment ADA Physical/Mental/Workplace Requirements: occasional lifting up to 25 lbs; sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time; primary work environment is a professional corporate office.\r\nEEO Statement Gorbel is an Equal Opportunity Employer that does not discriminate on the basis of actual or perceived race, creed, color, religion, alienage or national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, disability or handicap, gender, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, genetic information, arrest record, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state or local laws.
