Our broad service offering includes construction materials testing, geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, industrial hygiene, and specialty testing. Through these risk management and quality assurance services, we ensure the reliability, safety and performance of our client’s new developments, existing assets, and facilities.\n\nWhat you’ll do:\nPerforms a variety of testing, project specific observations and site assessment duties under direct supervision and/or from detailed controlled procedures\nOperates testing equipment and conducts testing, (example: Soil, concrete or other) and provides assessment of data through reporting\nWorks utilizing drawings, specifications and diagrams\nUses specific methods to observe site activities and perform tasks\nMake detailed observations and gives limited interpretation of results\nMaintains detailed documentation and data from test results\nOperates a calculator to calculate mathematical test results\nCommunicates effectively with client and project teams\nMust be aware of, and adhere to, safety practices and policies to ensure your own safety, as well as the safety of others who may be affected by your actions at work\nWhat it takes to be successful in this role:\nH.S. Education or Equivalent, preferred\nNo Experience Required – Will Train\nPrior construction industry or CMT experience is preferred\nMust have Basic Math, Calculator and Computer Skills\nAbility to communicate and interact effectively in verbal & written communication\nMust be able to read and understand work plans\nMust be able to work off shifts and overtime\nValid Driver’s License and reliable driving record (required)\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to lift, move, push, and pull 30 to 50 pounds frequently.
