Customer Service Representative
Aegis has partnered with a Nashville-based client to add a Customer Service Rep to their team during their busy season (May–September).This isn't your typical call center role, as there are no scripts, no sales, no outbound calls, and no strict call time requirements. The focus is simple: deliver exceptional customer service. Success in this role is measured by answering calls and fully resolving the customer's needs on the first interaction.There is also the option to work remotely; however, you'll need to provide your own laptop and headset.Please note this role is CONTRACT ONLY, lasting 4-5 months.Responsibilities:Handle inbound calls and be the go-to for customer supportHelp customers navigate account cancellations (with ease and empathy)Answer questions about accounts and program detailsConfirm salesperson and subscription eligibility within the programJump in on other tasks as needed, as no two days are the same!Requirements:1-2 years call center experienceLive in the Nashville areaAfter training, if you choose to work remotely, you'll need to provide your own laptop and headset.
