IC Characterization Test Engineer

Experience with RF, power-management ICs, high-speed digital buses, and Lidar systems is especially relevant. Skills Desired: PCB Design Experience with Altium Component selection SMD resistor types – Thin-film, thick-film, metal film, etc. Selection of capacitor dielectric materials – NP0, C0G, etc. High-speed PCB layout Controlled-impedance designs Test automation SCPI programming Report generation Python experience strongly preferred Test equipment High-speed oscilloscopes/digitizers Pulse generators Arbitrary waveform generators Data analysis Basic signal processing Yield analysis Report generation Soldering/rework Proficiency soldering small SMD components (0402, SOT-23, QFN packages, etc.) Travel: On-site work is preferred, but some remote work may be possible.
