The ideal candidate will possess a combination of deep technical knowledge, program management expertise, and experience working within complex retail supply chain ecosystems.The TPM will be responsible for driving OMS-related programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing integrations across commerce platforms and enterprise applications, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable omnichannel solutions. The candidate should have hands-on understanding of IBM Sterling OMS, cloud-based architectures, API integrations, and modern microservices environments.
