Sales Manager for Branded Hotel
Extended Stay Hotel is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth, building local partnerships, and increasing occupancy through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain local corporate accounts
Prospect and secure new business opportunities
Conduct outside sales calls and networking visits
Manage RFP responses and negotiate contracts
Support revenue strategy and occupancy goals
Maintain strong relationships with community partners
Collaborate with operations team to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications
Previous hotel sales experience preferred
Hospitality background strongly preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with hotel sales systems is a plus
