The Executive Assistant will organize internal and external meetings, maintain confidential records, and help streamline communication across teams and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting correspondence, preparing presentations and meeting materials, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
