Little Chef Chinese Take Out, located in San Diego, CA, is seeking a cashier to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Our establishment is situated at 4910 Newport Ave. We are in search of an individual who is self-driven, motivated, and dependable. Responsibilities: Welcome customers as they enter and exit the establishment Keep the work area clean and orderly Process cash and credit transactions accurately Deliver outstanding customer service Perform light kitchen duties, such as frying appetizers and preparing food Qualifications: Demonstrated experience as a cashier or in customer service Capability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills Keen attention to detail Strong listening and communication skills We eagerly anticipate your application and join Little Chef family. The starting weekly hours are approximately 20 hours per week. Based on performance and work attitude, the hours may increase to 40+ per week, with eligibility for overtime. Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $17.00 - $22.00/hour.
