Ideal candidates reside in EST or CST for the broadest time zone overlap with the global team.\r\nThis role may require occasional travel within the United States as business needs arise.\r\nResponsibilities and Qualifications\r\nWriting clean, high-quality, performant, and maintainable code that aligns with business objectives and coding standards.\r\nCollaborating across internal and external teams (product, design, QA, field teams and customers) to gather requirements and translating them into technical specifications.\r\nDesigning, developing, and maintaining APIs and integrations with third-party services.\r\nOptimizing applications through profiling, monitoring, and ongoing refactoring.\r\nImplementing and maintaining automated testing frameworks to ensure system reliability.\r\nParticipating actively in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.\r\nSupporting deployment processes and production troubleshooting.\r\nStaying current with emerging technologies and best practices, driving innovation within the team.\r\nAssisting in defining and enforcing development standards and coding conventions.\r\nBS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).\r\n5 years of full stack development experience, including at least 3 years focused on web technologies.\r\nProven experience integrating AI and emerging tech into your daily development workflow.\r\nExperience with Generative AI coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code.\r\nA passion for writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.\r\nStrong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular\r\nBackend proficiency in NodeJs\r\nExperience designing RESTful APIs and working with microservices architectures.\r\nFamiliarity with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.\r\nProficient with Git and version control workflows.\r\nExperience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).\r\nSkilled in CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks\r\nA results-driven \"owner\" mentality that thrives in fast-paced environments and meets tight deadlines with a sense of urgency through actionable milestones.\r\nExcellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach to a remote-first environment.\r\nLegal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.\r\nAbility to sit for extended periods and perform extensive computer work, both of which are key aspects of this role.\r\nAbility to perform job duties from a home office, when applicable, utilizing necessary technology and maintaining productivity.\r\nRegular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job to ensure consistent workflow and communication.\r\nAt Fullpath, we're not just building groundbreaking AI—we're redefining the dealership experience.
