Shipping Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Shipping Manager role located in Houston, TX. The Shipping Manager will oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, manage inventory systems, and ensure orders are accurately packed and shipped on time. The role involves coordinating with team members, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Shipping Manager will also contribute to customer service by addressing shipping inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving and Shipping operationsStrong knowledge and experience in Inventory ManagementExcellent Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectivelyCompetence in Forklift Operation or related equipment handlingStrong organizational abilities and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectivelyPrior experience in a logistics, warehouse, or shipping management role is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or relevant fields are a plus
