The Course Manager reports to and receives work direction from the Project Manager in coordination with the government technical lead.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nPlan, coordinate, and execute curriculum events (CCRBs, Learning Analysis, MLF Reviews).\nSupervise, track, and document completion of tasks related to curriculum events.\nEnsure instructor cadre collects instructional data (Instructor Rating Forms, Evaluation Rating Forms).\nEnsure instructor cadre completes post-instruction requirements (After Instruction Reports, After Evaluation Reports).\nEnsure instructor cadre collects post-course data (End of Course Critiques).\nEnsure instructor cadre consolidates End of Course Critiques into After Course Report.\nAggregate and analyze data for the purposes of identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.\nEnsure all data is appropriately archived and communicated to stakeholders.\nPeriodically supervise the performance of the instructor cadre to ensure adherence to the approved POI and associated curriculum materials.\nSupervise the maintenance of Master Course Files and ensure standardization across the MSTP enterprise.\nUtilizing the MSTP Site Inspection Checklist, conduct Curriculum Assist Visits at the training centers.\nTrack and report Individual Development Plan progress.\nSupervise completion of tasks related to curriculum events.\nPerform other related duties incidental to the work described.\nEDUCATION\nMinimum of a High School Diploma - Bachelor’s degree preferred.\nGraduate of the DLEX or Curriculum Developer Course.\nGraduate of the Formal School Manager Course.\nEXPERIENCE\nFormer experience as a Curriculum Developer.\nPreviously served as an instructor at a Marine Corps Formal School (MOS producing school or the SNCO Academy).\nFormer experience as a Chief Instructor / Course Manager, or SNCOIC preferred.\nFormer experience as an Operations Chief.\nCORE SKILLS/COMPETENCIES\nRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\nExpert-level knowledge of MCISD/SATE and the curriculum development process.\nExpert-level knowledge in Formal School Management and Operations.\nExpert-level knowledge in Instructor Management.\nExpert-level knowledge of MCTIMS.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\nExcellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.\nExcellent interpersonal skills.\nWORKING CONDITIONS\nRequired to sit for extended periods of time and maintain focus.\nOccasional travel may be required.\nQualification as an authorized company driver is required.
