If you've only installed a crash SDK and moved on, this isn't the role for you.Key Responsibilities:Sentry in depth — release tagging, symbol uploads, alert rules, triaging crash volume to root causeDatadog / Luciq / Crashlytics or equivalent RUM and session replayAnalytics instrumentation (PostHog, AppsFlyer) with judgment about what's worth trackingCrash-free rate and p95 as numbers you're accountable forOn AI: we work primarily with Claude Code and Cursor, and our repo ships its own agent context — but nothing reachesmainwithout a human who understands every line.
