They will be overseeing the delivery of services in those homes. The Program Coordinator will assist the administrative staff in determining training requirements for employees.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS\n\nSupervising staff and scheduling them for their assigned shifts.\nTaking disciplinary action as necessary.\nFunctioning as a Program Coordinator for individuals served.\nAssisting in the development, preparation, and monitoring of individuals served plan of care according to the guidelines of the developmental and/or finding, and according to the needs of the individual served.\nInterviewing prospective individuals served and families.\nCoordinating and arranging appointments, meetings, etc.\nServing as a support for the individual served, their family, and the Evergreen staff who provide services.\nMonitoring budgetary requirements and expenditures.\nEnsuring that all policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines are followed.\nAssisting in scheduling individuals served specific training and in maintaining documentation of such training.\nWorking flexible hours as requested by the Executive Director.\nStaff performance evaluations.\nParticipate actively in hiring staff for their perspective home assignment.\nCORE COMPETENCIES\n\nActing Strategically: Identifies key issues and relationships relevant to achieving goals, and commits to a course of action to accomplish goals based on known and unknown variables. Finishes tasks promptly and critically reviews work for accuracy and quality.
