You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to play a key role in developing CAPTRUST’s leadership and talent.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn program management for the design, development, and implementation of management development programs that align with organizational goals and leadership development\nAnnually, build and teach three to four multi-section and multi-module management learning programs based on popular texts that align with our leadership competenc\nDeliver high-quality e-learning courses, workshops, and other training formats that inspire and educate\nConduct thorough needs assessments, ensuring learning programs are tailored to meet organizational and employee development needs\nManage and execute multiple learning programs for different audiences, ensuring timely delivery and smooth execution\nCreate and develop effective training materials using a variety of media to engage participants\nTrain and coach managers, supervisors, and employees to foster continuous development\nPlan, organize, and facilitate company-wide employee development and training events\nMaintain clear and effective communication within the organization to ensure awareness and participation in development programs\nLeverage tools like LinkedIn Learning to enhance ongoing development initiatives and ensure programs are aligned with modern learning trends\nEvaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives by analyzing outcomes and making data-driven improvements\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent years experience\n5+ years of experience in talent management or related field\n3+ years of experience designing and implementing management development programs\nDesired Skills and Abilities:\nProven experience in managing people and leading development programs\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and deliver training to diverse audiences\nAdept at using a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods—experience with Absorb LMS is a plus\nStrong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple programs and initiatives at once\nExpertise in evaluating training options and developing creative, tailored solutions\nAbility to design and implement effective onboarding, training, and development programs that resonate with adult learners\nProactive and self-driven, with a proven ability to take initiative and execute with minimal oversight\nExperience providing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to adult learners in both group and one-on-one settings\nAbility to measure the impact of learning initiatives and make data-driven improvements to programs\nDiSC certification preferred but not required\nWHAT can you expect from your career at CAPTRUST?\n\nOur colleagues, like our clients, tend to stay with CAPTRUST for years.
