People like you.\nVisit our\ncareers\npage to see what exciting opportunities and company\nperks\nawait!\nJob Description:\nAbility to work across business areas and interface at all levels of the organization.\nPerform physical and administrative task is receiving, shipping, storing and distributing orders/material for supplies and equipment.\nPacking products for shipment to customers, producing the documentation that is required for export compliance.\nParticipate in cross-functional teams devoted to efficiency, cost-reduction, inventory reduction, inventory turns, and quality.\nMonitor key performance indicators to ensure achievement of goals.\nEvaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to the manager.\nOther projects, duties, or cross-training responsibilities as assigned.\nPerform daily cycle counts of Finished Goods material.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with cross functional team members.\n3 + years of industry experience in warehousing / shipping/receiving / distribution.\nInternational and freight forwarding shipping experience. Has familiarity with Export regulations and has had Dangerous goods certification or is willing to get certified\nSelf-starter who requires minimal supervision, works well with teammates and internal customers, and has a results-based mindset and proven track record of success.\nExperience working with an ERP System as well as Agile.\nMinimum 3 years working knowledge of UPS and FedEx online shipping system.\nProficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.\nKnowledge of ESD material guidelines.\nWork well under pressure and daily deadlines.\nHS Diploma or equivalent experience.\nU.S. Export Controls Requirements: This job requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by the export laws of the United States.
