Bring your expertise to a team committed to delivering top-tier anesthesia care and advancing patient outcomes.Required Skills:Valid medical license in the state of practiceCertification as a CRNABLS and ACLS certificationsMinimum of 2 years of professional experience or at least 1 year working independentlyProficiency in regional anesthesia techniques (spinals, peripheral nerve blocks) preferred but not mandatoryAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong communication and critical thinking skillsNice to Have Skills:Experience with Cerner EMR systemPrevious work in a hospital or surgical settingFamiliarity with diverse surgical procedures including general, ortho, ophthalmology, gyn, ENT, and plastic surgeryExperience in pediatric cases (supporting pediatric anesthesiologists)Preferred Education and Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing with CRNA certificationCurrent licensure in the practicing stateAt least two years of anesthesia practice, with independent work experience preferredOther Requirements:Ability to obtain necessary state licensure if not already licensedWillingness to work 2-3 shifts per week, supporting locations in Tyrone and HuntingdonShift schedules: Tyrone (Monday-Friday, 6:45 am-3:30 pm), Huntingdon (Monday-Thursday, 7 am-5 pm)Support staff as noted - solo at Tyrone, with anesthesiologist at HuntingdonAbility to support diverse case types including general, ortho, ophthalmology, gyn, ENT, and plastic surgeryReliable transportation for travel to hospital sitesCompensation includes an hourly pay rate of $214.50 plus applicable holiday and travel reimbursementsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly payWeekly pay schedule via direct depositComprehensive medical benefits (W-2)Paid sick time in accordance with applicable lawsRobust referral bonus programReimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and related expensesAdditional pay for holidays at 1.5x the base rateTravel expenses covered, including airfare, rental car, and hotel accommodations at $275/hr when applicableThis is an excellent opportunity for experienced CRNAs seeking to expand their horizons and work in a collaborative, supportive environment.
