This role requires attention to detail, quality workmanship, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Essential ResponsibilitiesAssemble wood parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery according to detailed specifications and blueprintsRead and interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and production printsInspect assembled products for defects or deviations from quality standards and report concerns to the quality teamMaintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiencyCollaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly challenges and improve production processesFollow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)Safely handle and move materials throughout the production areaAssist with additional production or assembly tasks as neededEducation/ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredBasic understanding of wood assembly techniques and tools preferredPrevious cabinet making, woodworking, or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workBasic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsExperience working within industrial safety standards preferredAbility to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and maneuver wood parts safelySkills & AttributesTeam-oriented mindsetStrong work ethic and reliabilityPositive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentCommitment to workplace safety and product qualityAbout CFS BrandsHeadquarters located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, CFS BRANDS is a market-leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of commercial foodservice, healthcare, and industrial hygiene products.CFS Brands is committed to creating an inclusive work environment with a diverse workforce.
